8 Week Homeschool Fit Tween/Teen Circuit Training

We will physically work hard each session and I will challenge your kids through our workouts, but more importantly your children will learn why we exercise and how movement in all forms affects our physical and mental health.
Healthy lifelong habits start now, and we will dedicate time at the end of each workout to discuss current topics that your tweens/teens may be facing and developing positive coping mechanisms to handle whatever comes their way.
Topics that will be included but not limited to will be: overcoming obstacles, stress, anxiety, peer pressure, body image, leadership, social skills, confidence, discovering passions, social media, etc
This class is geared toward boys and girls ages 10+ of all fitness levels. This is an outdoor facility. Younger siblings and parents are welcome to drop-off, watch, walk and play on our field while you wait.
